My client didn't receive their magic link?

Occasionally, restrictive email clients flag magic links as spam. Have the client check their Junk/Spam folder. You can also re-issue a welcome email directly from the Clients tab in your dashboard.

How do I export my data?

We believe in total data ownership. While a one-click "export all" dashboard button is in development, you can request a complete highly-secure JSON/CSV dump of your practice's database rows by emailing support.

Can I add another doula to my practice?

Absolutely. Depending on your subscription tier, you can invite team members as 'Staff Doulas' using the "Team & Settings" tab in your Owner Hub. They will receive an email invite to create their profile within your secure Tenant.

Do you offer onboarding calls?

Yes. For practices moving over more than 25 active clients from spreadsheets or platforms like HoneyBook, we offer free personalized concierge onboarding sessions.
